9 Piece Half-Moon Rattan Outdoor Patio Furniture Set

The set comes with many pieces, so it can take a while to build but it is worth it. I was exceptionally surprised by how great their customer service is. One of the pieces came improperly made and I was sent a replacement piece immediately!

I wanted to replace my previous set and had the fire table. This set was a perfect match to the table.

The furniture arrived quickly except for one box that arrived 5 days later. It took several hours to put together due to all of the bolts. While assembling it, one piece was mislabeled and ended up being the wrong part. However, the support was fantastic and the correct part arrived quickly.

It is well-built and comfortable. The swivel, rocking chairs are very smooth. My daughter said the patio furniture looks like something you’d find at a high-end hotel.

I bought red accent pillows to complete the look and furniture clips to keep the sectional pieces together/aligned.

It arrived pretty fast, and was shipped in 4 big heavy boxes. You will need a dolly. Every piece was accounted for and in perfect condition.
I wanted to write a detailed review, because there was only one other review when I ordered it. So you all would know what you’re getting into.
In the end, I LOVE the set! It’s ascetically beautiful and makes a High End statement in our yard. Hope you enjoy yours…and if you have any problems assembling, just hire it out, it’s worth it!

Easy to put together, very sturdy, great value, comfortable. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Two people with a toddler and a dog interfering still managed to completely assemble the set, in less than 3 hours. Love it!!

My set was delivered with some damage that made assembly impossible. I contacted customer service and they were helpful in sending out new parts to replace the defective pieces. They responded quickly and seemed truly concerned with my satisfaction. Although the process took longer than I would have liked, they did everything necessary to make things right. They were cordial and prompt in their responses. As a result, I now have a patio set that is comfortable and looks great. Customer service did a great job in fixing all the issues.

Definitely worth buying！ I love that it is completely modular, they sent it to me in 3 boxes and it was very easy to assemble, perfect patio set! The color of the cushions is nice and clean, and the sitting feeling is comfortable enough for me to stay all day long. There are also wooden armrests, which provide good arm support. We received a lot of compliments. Overall, I Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend!
