I’ve been wanting a sauna forever and I finally settled on this one. It’s been amazing so far! I’ve used it almost daily since I got it built and a dedicated plug/circuit put in. All in all the installation was straight forward. The biggest issue was putting the door on straight. It seems like the holes that the hinges go through are too big and then the door and hinges don’t hang straight. But after playing around with it for a while we got it straight! Customer service is also amazing. One of the pieces got damaged in shipping and they got back to me right away and sent me the new piece! I’m very happy with my sauna!!
I love this sauna. It gets up to a true 150°F. Speaker is clear, assembly instructions were very vague but we got through them. This is a solid unit
I will start by saying I typically do not take the time to review products after purchase but felt compelled to since I am extremely pleased with it so far. My wife and I had a 14 year old infrared unit with ceramic elements that stopped working several months ago. We both did extensive research on a far infrared unit available through Costco, Sam’s Club, Wayfair, Amazon etc. After evaluating all of the features in terms of functionality and price/value, we decided on the Meissalivve unit and purchased directly through their website. The unit took me about 4 hours to assemble but I took my time and also prepared by installing a 20amp outlet to handle the special plug beforehand. After assembling I realized that two of the weather strip pieces were incorrect so I emailed customer service and within 24 hours responded and shipped these pieces out to me. Received within under a week. Also had another question they responded to right away, very happy with the support. And the 7 year warranty is fantastic. Finally in terms of performance, my wife and I usually go in for about 40 mins, 3-4 times per week. We usually turn on the unit and start the session when it reaches about 90 degrees to get the best sweat going. Max temp we like to set at 147. So far performance has been great in terms of infrared heat, and really was drawn to the glass front walls so it doesn’t feel so boxed in, along with those excellent placement of LED strip lights and the red light therapy on top is a bonus. The Bluetooth now connects right away when I activate the button and the sauna. Overall couldn’t be happier. Just make sure to get every little space weatherstripped properly so you can retain as much heat as possible! Well done and excellent design, thank you Meissalivve !!!
This is a high quality sauna. Put it together in under 2 hours in no rush. I have been using it everyday.

I was looking for a sauna for a few months and found these guys. I got the product almost a week before expected. Well packed, easy to put together. Great customer service. I tell everyone about this sauna it works great, heats up in less than hour. Speaker is nice, everything is great so far. Love it.
We loved the quality of a sauna we bought, so we ordered the 6 piece Patio Furniture. The quality is very nice and we are completely satisfied.
I'll start with the positives: The set is nice-looking and the chairs are comfortable, especially the swivel chairs. The curved design of the sofa complements our fire pit perfectly.Shipping was fast, however, the set came in three boxes which did not arrive together. The order was marked "delivered" on Amazon, but we were still missing one box. Thankfully, customer service resolved this issue quickly.Assembly was a bit of a challenge, as some of the pieces were mislabeled and we had to disassemble and reassemble a few pieces. I highly recommend using power tools, but beware that the bolts strip easily and only one extra bolt is included.After enjoying the set for a few days, the flaws quickly became apparent. This is supposed to be an outdoor set, but it does not hold up well to the elements at all.First, anything left on the glass surface that is exposed to water will leave a permanent mark. After the first light rain, we noticed rings on the table surfaces where we had placed plants and candle holders. I tried removing them with glass cleaner, as well as soap and water, but they didn't come off.Second, and perhaps the biggest drawback to the set, is that the cushions are NOT waterproof. Once they get wet, it is impossible to dry them out. After only a few brief showers, our cushions became heavily soaked with water. We tried to wring out the water as best we could (not an easy task at all) and remove the covers (also not easy to do). Then we laid them out in the sun.The cushions take at least a week in the hot sun to fully dry out, and the slightest bit of rain will reset the whole process, so now we have a beautiful patio set that we can't sit on without ending up with soaking wet pants.
Looks perfect on my patio, the parts are very difficult and we had to modify the screws to work. But it's such a unique set up it was worth it for us. The seats had rips and the seller sent new covers right away. Very happy with it and the sellers responds to make the seats right.

Definitely worth buying I love that it is completely modular, they sent it to me in 3 boxes and it was very easy to assemble, perfect patio set! The color of the cushions is nice and clean, and the sitting feeling is comfortable enough for me to stay all day long. There are also wooden armrests, which provide good arm support. We received a lot of compliments. Overall, I Very happy with the purchase and highly recommend!

The furniture looks really nice once put together and is comfortable but be prepared to put in some time to assemble it as it comes in pieces and some are mis-labeled. We ended up hiring someone that cost us additional money.**update**The seller contacted us and made every effort to resolve the issue. Great customer service. The product is working out great for us and is very comfortable and looks great .
The assembly instructions were wrong which created a lot of frustration until we figured it out ourselves. The set is comfortable and we love it. It would be nice for the pieces to connect to one another.
I wanted to replace my previous set and had the fire table. This set was a perfect match to the table.The furniture arrived quickly except for one box that arrived 5 days later. It took several hours to put together due to all of the bolts. While assembling it, one piece was mislabeled and ended up being the wrong part. However, the support was fantastic and the correct part arrived quickly.It is well-built and comfortable. The swivel, rocking chairs are very smooth. My daughter said the patio furniture looks like something you find at a high-end hotel.I bought red accent pillows to complete the look and furniture clips to keep the sectional pieces together/aligned.

Easy to put together, very sturdy, great value, comfortable. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. Two people with a toddler and a dog interfering still managed to completely assemble the set (minus one table and cushions due to delivery delays), in less than 3 hours. Love it!!

Takes a while to assemble, tedious but it is what it is. Issue is with cushions, had one seam give way almost right out of the packaging, seller sent a replacement cover, no problem. Discovered another tear on a different cushion along a seam, I plan on sewing it up myself, just beware. Two rips within first couple weeks of very minimal use

Definitely a great product for your money. It took some time to assemble but once you got started, it was pretty easy. A couple pieces were missing and others were damaged, but the customer service was great and they shipped them out promptly would buy another product from this company at the end, you want great customer service and they held up their end of the bargain. Great job.
Be prepared to spend a lot of time assembling. The furniture its self is an attractive set. Cushions aren‘t nearly as thick as our last set. We did have damage to the back of one of the chairs and the manufacture was quick to replace.
