When ordering something like a sauna online you're really taking a chance as you don't really know what you're getting but once we unpacked it and saw the quality then assembled it and fired it up I knew it was exactly as advertised...and then some. Fabulous product.
It's perfect. It took 3 hours to put together but was simple. I have been using it 2.5 months, 5 days out of the week with no issues. It has all of the parameters you want in a sauna without breaking the bank. Low emf, full spectrum, red light, speakers, etc.
I was very hesitant to purchase this after only seeing a couple reviews and huge price differences with other full spectrum saunas, or if those reviews were even valid people or just bots. Finally decided to give it a gamble and hope for the best. I've had it for a few weeks now and use it daily. Warms up to max temp ~150 F in 20 minutes.
It arrived much sooner than I expected and no items were damaged in shipping. I was missing 1 wire adapter for the glass wall heaters but the support quickly sent a replacement.
Assembly was the biggest PITA as I did it myself and the instructions are cliff notes at best. There's a lot of educated guessing to get everything together but 100% worth the time in my opinion to get the lower price point. If anyone has same concerns as I did about being valid reviews, I posted some content of the sauna on Instagram @gruntermcbride to see I'm a real human lol.
I purchased the 4 person sauna in June 2024. My neighbors helped me assemble it in a couple of hours. My son and I use it everyday after working out and feel it really helps with muscle recovery. We put a small portable infrared heater in it to heat it up higher and quicker. It will heat up to 170-210 degrees Fahrenheit within 15-20 minutes even on a zero degree Colorado Winter day!! The Bluetooth and radio work great and connect easily to your phone. It arrived with one infrared bulb broken and the company quickly sent me a replacement without charge!
My wife and I love our sauna. We've had it for 8 months now and its holding up perfectly over the current winter months outside(NJ)....my wife and I were able to put it together with little to no issue. we had a minor issue in that the instruction description wasn't absolutely clear, but the meissa live support team quickly followed up with answers, pictures and additional detail that had us up and running quickly. we love the sauna. use it several times a week and I'm not sure we could find a better valur option on a 4 seater...

I put this together alone. It was a process but possible. Amazing product and using it daily. Couldn't be happier with price and how fast it was delivered. 800 hundred lbs. in 3 boxes. Better have room to assemble it. Terrific overall experience
We just purchased the SAUNAERA Full Spectrum Infrared Sauna after months of comparing and contemplating! My husband was the driving force behind this purchase. He loves the benefits of the sauna, but the gyms we use don’t keep them cleaned or sanitized. Plus this one is also infrared! This sauna is so well made and came packed amazingly well! It takes at least two people to put it together. The instructions aren’t super clear, but with common sense it came together beautifully! Customer service is amazing! We had one issue when we put everything together that I realized one of the cords for carbon board wasn’t visible and I was afraid I would have to take it apart! I sent a message through WhatsApp. I got an incredibly fast response from Jack with a video on how to find it and was able to free the cord in less than a minute! We use it everyday! Heats up to 140 within 15 minutes. Bluetooth works well and I’m a sucker for the light show. We are very happy with it! You really won’t find a better price! Just do it!
We were looking for a set to blend in with furniture that we already had. This set arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. The only negative thing I would say is that the cushions are not as thick as the ones on our “big brand” store love seat and the set sits just a little lower. Also-The bag that holds the cushions inside the coffee table isn’t quite waterproof. Overall-very pleased with our purchase!

I bought these for my wifes birthday, she loved them.
They look and feel solid and more expensive. Comfortable with and without the cushions and were very easy to assemble, a few screws and that was it.
Super easy to set up. I've been using it almost every night. So happy with this purchase. Hubby had to change the electrical outlet so plug would work but other than that it was incredibly easy and arrived in perfect condition

I usually buy quite expensive furniture….i was looking for a specific look, couldn’t find anything small enough for my space. These round chairs are usually pretty big! I just received it so I have no idea how long this will least but I can say it is super cute and comfortable! Great value for the price, the seat is firm (but comfortable), the pillow are super squishy, not exactly my taste but it works! Overall I’m very pleased with this purchase!

I was nervous about this chair being comfortable since it’s not very expensive but it is the best reading nook chair! Firm seat with plush pillows and the material is very cozy. 10/10 would recommend. It fits perfectly in smaller spaces.

We bought 2 of these to fill the space. The cabinet is pretty and works well for the cost. Assembly is a bit time consuming but doable and not too bad. There was some damage with packaging/shipping which was a bit disappointing but we were able to hide with a black furniture marker. The seller was accommodating and easy to communicate with and issued fair compensation for the damaged boards. Overall, the product is exactly what we were needing and is great for the price point. I am happy with my purchase!
